Healthy habits & healthy thoughts
Since 2017 I teach yoga to inspire you to connect within, to feel the power within and to take life in your own hands. Stepping out of the comfort zone and connect close to yourSelf. This trip is a holiday where you can shake all insecurities off your system. Challenging but transformational.
All my interests & passions come together: Surfing, yoga, consciousness, healthy lifestyle, body-mind work, reflection and intention setting. Working with energy, people inspire to grow and bloom. Connection with eachother, nature & the ocean.
One week in nature, in Blueberria-Cantabria. Cantabria, the place where I started to connect within and felt the love for sunrise, yoga, nature and the ocean. Blueberria, ‘Home’ of Jasper & Hanne, two active people I met on my path. They are lovely and inspiring, they love freedom, to be in nature, surfing, skating & good food. They created Blueberria, a place where people can come to relax, develop and enjoy life the way they embrace it.

For surfing you have to be in the here and now, if not you loose your wave or you fall. This consciousness is the easiest way to be get out your mind and be on the pure and natural waves!

During the reflection sessions you get the time to (re)-find your flow of life. In this week we have several moments to reflect and come back to your intention to grow and bloom to the purest form of YOU!

The Rooms

ROOM UNO
Cozy room, located on the ground floor of the house next to the living room.
Two person room with a double bed, that can be separated.
The bathroom from this room is also on the ground floor and this is a shared bathroom with room ‘DOS’. This big bathroom has typical Spanish decoration and contains a toilet, a cabinet, a shower and a sink with a mirror.

ROOM DOS
Bunk bad with shared Spanish decorated bathroom. If you really want you can separate the beds and sleep next to each other.
The window in the room overlooks the blueberry field.
This room has a shared Spanish decorated bathroom with room ‘UNO’ which contains a toilet, a cabinet, a shower and a sink with a mirror.

ROOM TRES
This beautiful bedroom has room for two persons. In the room there is a double bed which you can separate to make two beds.
A window looking out on the fields in front of our house. There is also a cozy bench in front of the window to enjoy the view.
This room has a private bathroom which is fully tiled. It has a toilet, a cabinet, a shower and a sink with a mirror.

ROOM CUATRO
This is our most luxurious room with all the privacy and comfort you need. It has a double bed which you can separate. This room has two bedside tables, bedside lamps and a dressing room where you can put your personal belongings.
Next to the dressing room, you have a personal bathroom which is tiled with natural stone and contains a shower, a toilet, a sink and a mirror.
